Since its establishment in 1992, EL Architects Inc. has been engaged in a number of projects that require a high level of expertise and management, such as medical and welfare facilities, commercial buildings, hotels, restaurants, offices, houses and villas. With free use of the extensive architectural knowledge and technology that we have cultivated, we further the lives and business of our customers. Architectural Design and Administration

Architectural design and administration refers to an indispensable sequence of specialized tasks including planning a single building, solidifying our policy and creating a design, proceeding with construction in alignment with that design, reaching completion and ensuring that the building can be continually used in accordance with its intended purpose. “Design” is forming a plan with deep consideration, by understanding the land of the location and conducting extensive investigation as well as listening carefully to the needs of the customer and the image that they are looking for. Of course, there are elaborate drawing plans, but in reality, there is much time, technology and passion besides this poured into the “invisible activities” required to establish a design.

Project Management

In architecture, “project management” is translated to “business implementation.” Particularly in the construction of large facilities, it is no exaggeration to claim that skill in PM has a great influence on whether or not a project will succeed. By capturing the ideas and images of our clients, we act as a mediator between them and the general contractor who will carry out the construction, adjusting, negotiating and conducting quality and progress management. EL Architects has achieved great results nationwide in highly difficult PM operations.        

Redesign- Comprehensive Building Value Maintenance Support

Just as humans have “general examinations” and “periodic checkups” in preventative medicine, we have periodic assessments for buildings, recording the changes they see over the years and formulating plans for future repairs and maintenance as well as implementing measures to maintain their value. In addition, building upon revisions of Standard Building Laws, we provide asset value heightening support by taking the environment into consideration and improving the safety and energy saving capabilities of our buildings, reexamining security equipment, improving upon hygiene and proposing redesigns to improve the appearance and signs of these facilities.

Renovation, Renewal, Conversion

Planning, and Consulting

We carry out advanced planning in accordance with the needs and circumstances of our clients, as well as consultations regarding how the property should be used from the initial design stage, to searching for land appropriate for the task.
